Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies began her acting profession at twelve by participating in the local casting auditions. Gillies soon began to appear in commercials of companies like Virgin Mobile. Gillies her first TV role was as a regular character on three seasons of The Black Donnellys. Gillies' statement states that she wasn't allowed to see the program in entirety since her parents believed it was not appropriate for her at that time. (citation required) In 2008, she played small roles in the musical The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. She was cast during the summer of 2008 as Lucy as well as Ariana Grande, who was her co-star in Victorious, for Jason Robert Brown's musical 13. The following year was when the Broadway version of 13 made available, making it the first Broadway production with all cast members comprised of teens. The two most popular songs she sang, "Opportunity", and "It cannot be true", were later followed by minor roles in songs such as "Hey Kendra", "Getting Ready" and "It's a Good Thing. Gillies worked with the program until it ended on the 4th of January, 2009
